Zack Clements, a 17 year old boy from Texas, was clinically dead for 20 minutes after collapsing during a running exercise in his PE class.
Doctors worked hard to revive him and his recovery is nothing short of remarkable, however during the 20 minute window of where he was not showing any signs of life, what Zack describes is nothing short of miraculous.
“When I was out those 20 minutes, I saw a man who had long ruffled hair and kind of a thick beard, and it didn’t take me long to realize that that was Jesus,” he said. “I went up to him and he put his hand on my shoulder and he told me everything would be alright and not to worry.”
His parents, Billy and Teresa Clements, have expressed their belief in their sons story. While it may seem like a medical mystery to doctors, they firmly believe it was divine intervention.
“I’m just glad he decided to let me have my baby back,” said Teresa Clements.
