A large pentagram has been spotted on Google Earth in Kazakhstan which has sparked mystery.
The mysterious symbol, located at +43°43’46.07” +51°07’43.02” on Google Maps, is 200 meters (656 feet) in diameter, located near the Aktau and Akshukur village.
Noone has an explanation for the large pentagram as of yet, which symmetrically looks pretty sound, and has riled up some superstitious groups, while other more hardcore realists believe are simply the marks of motor delta plane carts.
What makes this an even more interesting story is that earlier this year, another pentagram was found not too far away from this symbols location, roughly 12 miles away in Kostanai Oblast. The earlier pentagram was approximately 365 meters (1200 feet) in diameter, much larger than the newer one found near Aktau.
Kurt Yates, who claims to be a pilot from Seattle, states that it is likely just a remnant from the Soviet Era.
“It’s probably an abandoned surface to air missile site. I was a military pilot and these things are all over the place in areas that use(d) Russian (Soviet) air defense systems.”
Is this symbol something sinister, or simply a part of a dead era with a much more mundane explanation? You decide.
