Utilized as a means to connect with the supernatural realm, the notorious Ouija board appears to have had a detrimental impact on a group of female students.
The incident involves 28 schoolgirls who ended up hospitalized after reportedly attempting to use a Ouija board for spirit communication. The event occurred at the Galeras Educational Institution in Colombia, prompting the girls to be transported to a local municipal hospital due to instances of fainting and signs of anxiety among some of them.
“There were 28 possible cases of anxiety in school students,” remarked school principal Hugo Torres.
Concerned parents are now striving to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident.
“I work here in a hospital kiosk, and every day I see three or four children arrive after fainting,” expressed one mother. “Parents, you have to take action, investigate what’s happening at school because our children cannot continue in this situation.”
