Residents of Bakersfield were treated to a free light show at the end of the month, with a mysterious glowing UFO appearing not once, but twice.
Reports from witnesses are saying it hovered around and changed both shape and colour, then eventually shot off at incredible speed.
An amateur astronomer also describes how looking at the UFO through a telescope, you could distinctly watch it shift into different shapes while changing colour, and that it was unlike anything he has ever seen before.
